You’ll reflect, explore, and experiment, not to fix yourself, but to finally see yourself clearly.
A built-in AI reflection partner is available to help you explore patterns and language — if you want it. If not, you can complete the program without it.
This isn’t a diagnostic or clinical tool. It’s an invitation to discover how you function, what supports you, and how to design a life that works with your wiring—not in spite of who you are.
Why I Created This
I’m Dr. Erin Findley, a licensed psychologist, neurodivergent person, and someone who sees patterns in everything.
I’ve spent years sitting with clients who were self-aware, reflective, and still stuck. And the truth is, I knew exactly how they felt—because I was living it, too. I had insight, but no real way to apply it. I understood myself intellectually, but still couldn’t seem to build a life that fit how I actually functioned.

The systems around me didn’t account for my wiring. The advice didn’t translate. And the more I tried to force myself into what was supposed to work, the more disconnected and depleted I became.
YourNeurotype is the tool I needed then, and couldn’t find.
It’s not diagnostic. It’s not prescriptive. It’s a guided self-discovery process that helps you understand how you take in and respond to the world—and how to design a life that honors that.
You don’t need a label to belong here. You just need curiosity, self-respect, and a desire to stop performing for systems that were never built for you.
If you’ve ever thought, “Why is it so hard to live my life the way I actually am?”
You’re not alone — and you’re not broken.
YourNeurotype is here to help you understand your patterns, reclaim your energy, and start building a life that works with your wiring, not against it.
